Truehand is a suite of trade and field-service apps from Southern AI Solutions, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), including ProCut, Boat Detailer Pro, DieselDoc Pro, PestCrew Pro and our other per-trade apps. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain because we built this for small operators, not lawyers.
From trade and service-business operators who use the apps: name, business name, email, phone number, and the business records you enter (customers, service locations or equipment, jobs, invoices, expenses).
From the customers of those operators: name, phone number, email, service-location or vehicle/vessel details, service history, and job notes — provided to the operator when booking or requesting service.
We use this information solely to provide the service: scheduling jobs, managing customers and their properties, vehicles or vessels, sending invoices, processing payments, and sending service-related text messages on the operator’s behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
If an operator chooses to connect their QuickBooks Online company, Truehand sends their own business records to QuickBooks so their books stay current: customers (name, email, phone, billing address), invoices (line items, amounts and dates), and payments recorded against those invoices.
The connection is one-way. We do not import QuickBooks records into the app, and nothing in QuickBooks is changed except the customers, invoices and payments we create. We read a small amount of data only to avoid creating duplicates and to post correctly — the company name, whether a customer of the same name already exists, and which income account and service item to use.
Access tokens are held on our servers, are never exposed to the browser, and are revoked at Intuit when an operator disconnects. An operator can disconnect at any time in Settings, and connecting is entirely optional — the apps work fully without it. We do not sell or share QuickBooks data, and we do not use it for advertising.
With your consent, an operator using Truehand may send you service-related text messages — such as appointment confirmations, “on my way” and job-completion updates, review requests, and replies to missed calls. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in/consent with any third parties, and we never sell that data or use it for third-party marketing. Phone numbers are used only to deliver the messages described above.
Southern AI Solutions also operates a free public text help line. When you text our published help-line number, we collect your mobile phone number and the content of your messages (including any photo you send) in order to answer your trade and service questions using an automated assistant. Replies may occasionally include a brief mention of our apps. You opt in by texting us first; message frequency varies with your messages, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We never sell your mobile phone number, your messages, or your SMS opt-in/consent, and we use them only to operate the help line described here.
We rely on trusted providers to operate the service — for example, Stripe (payment processing), Intuit (QuickBooks Online accounting sync, when connected), Twilio (text messaging), and Supabase/Netlify (secure data hosting). They process data only to perform their function for us, never for their own marketing.
Your data is stored securely and retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time in Settings. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.
